AMSTERDAM - Opnieuw is er in Limburg een gevaarlijke tbs'er ontsnapt. De 53-jarige Herman Marinus H. wist zaterdag tijdens een familiebezoek in Sittard aan zijn begeleiders te ontsnappen.

Hij is veroordeeld voor een aantal brandstichtingen. De kans bestaat dat hij zich hier weer schuldig aan zal maken, aldus de politie. De man werd behandeld in de Oostvaarderskliniek in Utrecht.
