Write down on Sunday ââ¬Ëafterââ¬â¢ the race but ââ¬Ëbeforeââ¬â¢ the weekly update the values of all riders. Do that again ââ¬Ëafterââ¬â¢ the update but ââ¬Ëbeforeââ¬â¢ the next race (so before Monday 1 pm). I discovered that an increasing of a skill with 0.1 results in an increase of the riderââ¬â¢s value of ââ¬Åaboutââ¬Â $975,-. When a rider increases $1950 (or 1940 or 1960), then you know the rider increased 0.2 in skill.
An increasing in leadership or experience of 0.1 results in a value increasing of $488,-. So thatââ¬â¢s another thing that increases the value of a rider. And thatââ¬â¢s why you have to write down the values after the Sunday race, because you then know that the increasing in value is due to the training.
For example rider 1:
Sunday week 1, before update: Value = $300.000
Sunday week 1, after update: Value = $300.975 --> Skill increased with 0.1
Sunday week 2, before update: Value = $301.950
Sunday week 2, before update: Value = $303.900 --> Skill increased with 0.2
Sunday week 3, before update: Value = $303.900
Sunday week 3, after update: Value = $304.850 --> Skill increased with 0.1
When you also have a pop up in skill from 3 to 4, you know that the riders skill is exact 4.0 (or with a skill increasing of 0.2 it can be 4.1 also) and you from now on know the exact value of the rider.
